Q: From what material are your products made?
A: Our products are made from Bronze raw material.
Q: Can I receive a catalogue?
A: Our website represents our catalogue. We do not send out catalogs.
Orders
Q: Can I place my order over the phone?
A: All orders must be placed through the website only.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Orders are placed online only 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You need to create an account to place your order.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Absolutely yes! Your order confirmation will be sent to you via the email address you specified when you created your account.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, only within 24 hours. No cancellations will be allowed after 24 hours of order placement.
Shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do ship worldwide but notice that we do not shipto a PO Box.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: All orders are shipped via ground postal service”priority mail” or express delivery.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Cabinet Hardware and Bronzes of furnishing are usually shipped within 15 business days.

Returns
Q: How can I return a product?
A: Please contact us prior to returning any products. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will only accept returns or exchanges of unused product(s) in their original packaging.
You must return or exchange any products within 14 days of receipt of your order.
